WELCOME BG

The City of Bowling Green, Ohio recognizes the moral and economic importance of building a more welcoming community for all. Welcoming people of diverse backgrounds, including immigrants and new Americans, builds a healthy and vibrant community.

Welcome BG aims to:
-build on current initiatives and efforts and identify new initiatives that will assist in further developing Bowling Green as a welcoming, safe and inclusive community.
-attract, support and retain diverse workforce.
- engage business leaders to hire more international talent
-support new comers, including international students, immigrants and new Americans for earlier and deeper integration into the Bowling Green community.
-leverage data and new best practice research for regional growth
-encourage residents to promote Welcome BG. Be a Welcome BG Ambassador!
